Okay, so there is obviously not a dork in exercise, unless you count me when I am working out! I don’t remember if I have mentioned it but I have finally started taking care of myself. Hubby, sister, and I have been working on cleaning up what we eat, and I think we are doing a pretty good job so far. With the help ofSparkPeople I have been keeping track of what I am eating, how many calories I eat, and how much exercise I get.
A group of us are all doing the Walk to Rivendell together. Sounds dorky, but I am kind of excited. All you have to do is keep track of miles that you walk, bike, run, or swim. It is a total of 397 miles from Bag End to Rivendell, and I believe the goal is to finish the trip by the time the Hobbit movie comes out. But that is in 2012, so I am hoping to finish before that I believe. You can map your trip with a map on the walk website. So right now I am almost to the first camp after Farthing Stone. I like having goals and other people doing things with me, it makes me more determined to succeed. So if you want, check it out and join in! And check out Spark People, I LOVE it!
